At James Demmer State Farm, we’re building something different. We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional to become the face of our agencies throughout the community by developing long-term partnerships with businesses that naturally serve people during life’s biggest moments.

This isn’t a traditional sales position.

This is an opportunity to build a business development program from the ground up and play a significant role in the future growth of two established, high-performing insurance agencies.

What You’ll Do

Your mission is simple

Develop genuine, long-term relationships that create value for our partners while generating a consistent stream of referral opportunities for our agencies.

You’ll spend your time

  • Meeting with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, dealerships, apartment communities, attorneys, financial advisors, and other local businesses.
  • Developing strategic referral partnerships.
  • Networking throughout the community.
  • Attending business and chamber events.
  • Creating referral and appreciation programs.
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Maintaining regular communication with referral partners.
  • Tracking relationship activity and business results.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to ensure every referred customer receives an exceptional experience.
Who We’re Looking For
