"This is not a State Farm is there like ads try to brain wash you with. I’m fed up of the lackadaisical attitude by the staff with some staff being downright rude. Owner Agent James Demmer is a mythical figure with NO interaction with the public he collects his Commissions from. Premiums continually go up despite age or no claims status. Deceptive policy practices has me at my last straw. Formal complaint has been filed."

"This office is an absolute gem. Used this office for all my insurance needs for the past 5 years and my experience has been phenomenal. They will go above and beyond for you. Just this week had a nightmare of an experience buying a new car. If it wasn't for both Ramiza and Mariel I would have literally lost my mind! They were absolute Angels who went above and beyond for me. Then today, on a Saturday, there was of course another issue, I called not expecting the issue to be resolved and not only did Mariel fix it, (she must have sensed the panic in my voice) she calmed me down and was very reassuring.
